WHY ARE YOU SELLING?
A. Now, travel to our cabin at 8,500 elev. doesn't match our 73 year-old "style" [Hmmm... bodies.]

WHERE IS YOUR CABIN LOCATED?
Our cabin is located in a gated community called Timber Lakes Estates --- 2134 Hawk Lane — 12 miles east of Heber City, Utah — an hour or less from Park City, UT

HOW BIG IS THE LOT & WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
The cabin sits in the center of 1.68 acres, (2 combined lots— less taxes & dues). The vegetation is beautiful --- tall, mature Aspen trees ‘capture’ it (8,500 elev.) There are many dirt roads for 4-wheel riding and a connection to miles of groomed snowmobile trails on national forest land. [Aspen fall folliage is beautifully golden!]

SO, HOW IS IT LAID OUT & WHAT IS THE SQUARE FOOTAGE LIKE?
~~There are three levels: 1. A finished, full walk-out basement (one bedroom & bath). 2. The main floor (three bedrooms and three baths). 3. The upper floor (four bedrooms and two baths) + a 17 x 26 BIG loft.
It’s in the shape of a ‘T’ — a North wing and a South wing on each side of the kitchen & Great Room areas. All dimensions are per plans.

o Seismic Zone III engineered (California/Utah Standards) There are many 5/8" all-thread steel bolts that run through the logs — from the foundation to top of the logs. This cabin is a very strong unit.

** "Cheyenne Log Cabin" means: This company http://www.cheyenneloghomes.com/aboutlogs.html makes the super sturdy beams that you have seen supporting many cabins/homes. They start by first making a "glu-lam beam" by high-pressure gluing five 2" x 8" timbers together. The outside pieces of these 2 x 8's are then "rounded" to give it a 'log' appearance. In contrast, these kiln-dried Cheyenne Logs do not have the shrinkage / matching / warping /cracking / butt-joint problems that 'natural logs' present. Some of our logs are 60 feet long --- with no 'butt-joints' (end-to-end) to leak!! They are more expensive than 'natural logs', but do not have the problems that ‘natural logs’ experience.

Our cabin is currently empty of its furnishings. When you come by to see it you will be able to imagine how you will place your furniture and decorations in each room as well as how you could 'tweak it' to your own fine tastes.
B U T . . .
o The ping pong table remains in the game room.
o The 5-Section metal shelving (grocery store style) is in place in the storeroom.
o The three sections of heavy duty metal shelving and the workbench are in the 18 x 28 garage.
o Cabin-colors of paint remain on the shelves in the garage + brooms, hose, etc.
o The six deck chairs also remain "on deck".
o A short, unassembled metal shelf is in the shed.
o The attached 4 x 8 metal, wood-stove woodshed is full.
o The indoor wood-stove wood closet is full.
o The wood-stove wood rack on the south end of the front deck is full.
o The 1,000 gal propane tank (buried) contains approx 720 gallons.
